หลังจากที่เครื่องเก่า จอ LCD เน่า โดยที่ไม่สามารถซ่อมได้ (ค่าซ่อม 21,300.-) ก็เลยได้ตัดสินใจว่าจะซื้อใหม่

เมื่อไม่กี่วันที่แล้ว บริษัทได้อนุมัติงบซื้อ notebook ใหม่ให้ผมสักที

" Compaq Presario V3416TU Notebook PC "

เป็นเครื่องที่น่าผิดหวังมา

มาแล้วไม่มี driver ให้มาสักอย่าง

ปัญหาคือ manual มันหายไปไหนไม่รู้ ผมต้องการติดตั้ง battery ที่ีมาด้วยกันให้เครื่อง

มันต้อง charge กี่ชั่วโมงหว่าในครั้งแรก?

จนสุดท้าย ต้องไป Chat กับฝ่าย Customer service บน web ของ HP

จึงได้คำตอบยืนยันกลับมาว่า

การ charge battery นั้น ในการใช้งานปกติ การ charge จนเต็มนั้น ใช้เวลา 2 - 2 1/2

"แต่ก่อนจะนำมาใช่งานในครั้งแรก ให้ charge 6-8 ชั่วโมง"

HP : The battery time it depends on the usage of the Applications running in
the Notebook.

HP : For example, if you run DVD Movies or Games, etc..the Battery will drain
soon. But, if you run few documents or applications, then it will last for
long.

HP : "Most of the battery time will be 2 to 2 and a half hours"

HP : What operating system do you have preinstalled on the notebook (Windows
98, Me, XP Home, XP Pro  or  Vista )?

Me : I'm using XP Pro.

HP : Thank you for the information.

Me : I want to know. Because this is first time charging my battery before
using.

Me : How many hour charging before using?
